Chime Time: Mindfulness & Movement for Children & Teens

In this group, children learn to bring awareness to their bodies and minds in a fun and engaging way. They will practice mindful breathing, develop stress relief strategies, and celebrate personal strengths. Small, same-age groups are being held in person and virtually. Sibshops: Support for Siblings of Special Needs Children

Sibshops provide siblings with opportunities to meet other siblings of special needs children, share their concerns as well as to discuss their unique opportunities, and have fun! The virtual Sibshops currently offered are for children between the ages of 8 -12. These Sibshops will meet 4 times during the year, and will last between 60-75 minutes each session. The cost for these Sibshops is nominal.

Thrive: Teen Skills Group

An evidence-based ACT approach to managing emotions, connecting with others, being true to yourself, achieving goals and mindfulness.

Children Coping with Divorce

A support group for children who have experienced parental divorce.

Getting Ready for the College Experience

An interpersonal approach to managing fears and anxieties about leaving for home, managing independence, building new social support systems, and meeting academic challenges.

Live Life!

An intensive half-day workshop that provides a cost and time effective introduction to biobehavioral pain management strategeis. The program provides families with an understanding of how psychological interventions can facilitate improved pain management. The workshop is also designed to provide peer based support for youth and parents.

The Launch Pad

A time-limited psychotherapy group for students aged 18-23 who are becoming independent and meeting the challenges of beginning adulthood.
