Lee Cohen, MHC is a fourth year doctoral candidate in the School-Clinical Child Psychology Program at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Sarah Lawrence college, and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology.She has received training in CBT, PCIT, psychodynamic practices, and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy and has had experience working with child, adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and neurodivergences. Lee’s approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and empowering. Her clinical interests include intergenerational trauma and multicultural issues within psychological treatment. Her current research focuses on the psychological impact of Family Service Worker’s at Head Start Programs.
