Ewelina Kotowska Psy.D.
Dr. Kotowska is a Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow. Dr. Kotowska completed her undergraduate studies at the University at Buffalo and obtained her Masters of Arts and Doctorate in Clinical psychology from Columbia University and William James College, respectively. Dr. Kotowska has a particular interest in the interplay between neuroscience and holistic wellness, incorporating the mind-body and spirit in her practice. She has worked across the lifespan with infants and elderly adults in multiple settings such as schools, community mental health centers, and hospitals, treating a wide range of mental health and behavioral difficulties.
Dr. Kotowska is committed to creating a safe and warm environment wherein she utilizes evidenced-based techniques and interdisciplinary research to inform her practice and to help clients move toward their desired outcome. She carefully employs techniques that will serve the unique and individual needs of her clients and stresses the importance of the therapeutic relationship as being a vital component for successful treatment. Dr. Kotowska is patient-centered and welcomes individuals from all walks of life, irrespective of race, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
